Just got this error even though the file does exist.

Urthen/case-sensitive-paths-webpack-plugin#19 (comment)

We should probably roll back case-sensitive-paths-webpack-plugin to an earlier version since it looks like a regression.

Tagging as needing contributions: would be good to at least pinpoint how exactly to reproduce this.
