Directors/Staff/Recruiters should be able to add/edit alts of players

Hm. This might be a little tricky since under the current model that basically means any of those people could add the ability to entirely take over someone else's auth account. At a minimum, a restriction on only being able to log in with the designated main would probably be a requirement before this could happen (and even then we probably need to revisit assumptions around whether claimed characters have provided an SSO token).

Ah ok. If it's super hard im willing to just like bug folks whom I know their alts are messed up.

We keep getting people who get themselves into a bad state. I think we should bump the priority up on this one so admins can fix stuff for them.

Barring a discussion on permissions that was started above, I assume features that let you do the following would be sufficient?

  1. Given an account's characters, change which one is designated as the main.
  2. Merge two accounts into a single one. This could be implemented as just moving characters from one account to another, but I'm not sure it has to have that granularity.
