Can we discuss network BLS signature aggregation? The Pegasys Team will be presenting a paper at SBC19 about their work in this area and as implementers, it would be great to have a little run down of their results and whether we should start thinking of implementing their scheme.

@Mikerah Is the paper available now? If PegaSys team would like to share the results in the call, It would be nice if we have some reading material before the call. :)

@hwwhww I don't think they have published the paper yet but there is a reference implementation and a sort of explanation in the same repo. There is also an architecture overview.

@benjaminion do you know if the members of the Pegasys team responsible for this paper would be willing to share it before the call?

Mikerah is right, we're still working on the paper. We will run the execution at scale next week, so we will need to be very lucky a have something to share before two weeks. Let me come back to you when we will have made some progress on the tests.

FWIW the protocol is also implemented in our simulator (https://github.com/ConsenSys/wittgenstein) together with the multiple options we tried, but as we will have some real results soon it's better to wait a little imho.
