Thanks for setting this up! I have two questions:

1. I'm not sure what the average attendee time zone will be, but 14:00 UTC is a bit early (06:00) for Pacific Time (UTC-8). Would it be possible to reschedule to 15:00 or 16:00 UTC?
2. Do we sign up by editing the meeting file?

I'd like to add "License" to the list of discussion items.

EIP-1 states that "Copyright Waiver - All EIPs must be in the public domain. See the bottom of this EIP for an example copyright waiver." - I'm concerned that the CC-BYSA license will make it impossible to submit the work product of the standard as an EIP. CC-0 (or maybe CC-BY) would be more appropriate license to meet that requirement.

@shemnon thank for interesting comment about the license - I will raise it with the OASIS team as they have more experience with licenses.

@rekmarks indeed I did a bad job of calculating the Pacific Time (I am used to schedule for NY, London + Singapore)

@shemnon, once again thanks for raising the license question
I was informed that the license change should be a non-issue so there will be no need to raise during the call. Things are in motion. We are waiting for confirmation from the OASIS general counsel.
