Named params for JSON RPC

It can be covered by the OPEN RPC discover.

I don't think OpenRPC Discover addresses this problem. What is desirable is to make it so calls are more easily human constructable and readable. Named parameters rather than array parameters provide this.

That being said, I feel like changing that is a pretty big undertaking, and perhaps something we can tackle after we have a specification of the existing system put together and stable, as well as a process for making future changes to JSON-RPC.
