Do you have any preference for the front-end? Does React+Redux+Typescript sound good?

Redux may be overkill for the Panel only, but should be a good solution for the future.

I didn't have chosen any framework for the front-end yet. I know a little of VueJS and have worked a little with React. Vanilla JavaScritp is nice too.

You can feel free to implement in any way you want. At this point of the project is still ease to change frameworks and test environments.

That sounds great actually, you are right. I will comment here when I start working on it, as I'm planning to free up my schedule somewhere next week.
