Stack pictures

Open one picture. File -> Open as Layers. Image -> Canvas Size --> make much bigger Select layers one by one and move. Image -> Fit Canvas to Layers.

If not working, make sure Select -> None

Delete Parts from Transparent Image

Select Magic Wand. Set Mode to "Add to the current selection". Select parts to delete. Edit -> Clear.

Save as PNG. Open PNG. Use eraser.

Show Toolbox

Make transparent

Several options:

Fuzzy select -> Edit -> Clear.

Use eraser on layer with alpha channel.

Paste face into picture

Paths tool to draw path (press Cmd to close the curve).

Edit -> Copy, Edit -> Paste -> New Layer Scale button (in Toolbox) -> click Link to preserve aspect ratio

Crop picture

Crop one layer: Layer -> Crop to Selection

Alternatively, use Crop Tool, and ensure "Current layer only" is checked in options.

Shift + C. Exacto Knife icon. Tools -> Transform Tools -> Crop.

Layer Mask

Allows you to selectively modify opacity of different areas of a layer.

Rubber Stamp

Text box. Add Rectangle around it. Select -> Border. Merge layers. Rotate Tool to rotate. Add Layer Mask - White (Full Opacity). Use Brush - Confetti to make stamp look faded. Use Ink tool to add lines to make stamp look more faded.

Diagonal cut

Use lasso tool -> right click -> Edit -> paste as -> new layer.

Draw line

Use paint brush. Click, shift click.
