getReportList/getReportListByNextToken should return an array even if only 1 result

I was just playing with some reporting functionality, and I requested a list that apparently had 11 items, and was paginated by 0-9 and then 10.. the second page was not an array as i expected. adding some more entries to that list by requesting a longer time frame, resulted in multiple entries on the page, and so it was an array
