Enhancement: only transform canvas element to prevent stretching of fonts and clipping of borders

Hi, nice job on the plugin. I worked on a similar plugin a while back that only scaled the canvas, but didn't account for the axis labels. Is it possible to modify the label html/css as you pinch, rather than transform the parent? I think that would look a lot better. Rendering the plot to SVG would be ideal, but there's a performance hit there.
