Framework is not accessible and may require a SME's input

I'm currently checking out this framework and it's accessibility. Going to leave a comment here for future references.
The framework unfortunately is not accessible from what I have seen.
My comments are based on the provided samples in the documentations including:

• https://liquid.emd.design/liquid/components/ld-label/
• https://liquid.emd.design/liquid/components/ld-input/

The concerns follow:

• Visible labels are not connected to the input fields.
• Check boxes only announces as "checkbox not check" without informing users the labels.
• Relying on Placeholders to act as labels or instructions.
• When submitting with errors, the focus is not placed to the first field or erratic occurrence.
• Dropdown is not keyboard accessible with screen reader turned on.

From the code, it looks like the team has put in a lot of efforts into making it as accessible as to its team's best knowledge. However, the indicated concerns above would actually be considered as blocker issues. It may be a good consideration to reach out to accessibility experts to educate the key concepts for coding for accessibility and navigating with screen readers. Especially, the issues would be highly apparent if they were checked with screen readers.
