Hello, quite great work you do. Recently I wanted to try your code on contact map prediction. I saw the link of ESMStructuralSplitDataset, but didn't find AlphaFold data. Can you release this data? Hope to get your reply. Thanks so much.

Hi,
The Alphafold contact map training data is the same as ESMStructuralSplitDataset. I just combine the MSA and Contact map information into the pkl format which is required by Alphafold. I can try to upload it to google drive. When I finish I will tell you.

Get it! Thanks so much. But I have another question about the test dataset. Where can I get the test datasets on CASP14?

Maybe "https://predictioncenter.org/download_area/CASP14/" including the contact label? I can't make sure.
But you can convert the 3D structure into a contact map.
