Hello, I have a concern about this matter. I tried translating a little bit in this file, converted the .txt file to mes file and did put the .mes file in this directory: C:\Users\ADMIN\Downloads\Compressed\SH2\Silent Hill 2\data\etc\message.

However, upon going to the inventory screen of silent hill 2, the translation don't reflect on the screen. For starters, I translate from English to Filipino. I haven't translated the whole text yet, but here's more:

Note: I renamed the item_x_msg_e file to item_x_msg_s since I use the Spanish language for the project that I've been working on.
