Expanded, cleaner and easier to adapt format that defines a workflow. Including but not limited to:

Requirements before starting: e.g. a running worker has pinged back. If not, start worker(s)
Steps to follow (activities to run), in series or parallel.
Timed start: figure out how best to schedule time to run
Finishing: behaviour in the case of timeouts or failures
