No easy way to unblock users

It's very easy to block a user (just long press on a message and a big red button appears).

So easy that it can be done by mistake.

Unfortunately, the "block user" button does not change to "unblock user". It's a one way trap!

To unblock a user, you have to open the room settings, find the participants, know that "ignore" and "block" are the same feature, then finally click the "unignore" button.

• if it is (as it looks) indeed the same feature, the wording should be unified between "block" and "ignore"
• the easily accessible block button should be a toggle

generally some confirmation on blocking, or making it harder to fat-finger, would be helpful.

Today we have a confirmation dialog when trying to ignore a user:

And it's possible to unignore a user (bug this is not OK, because messages from the ignored user should be hidden; this is tracked by #1899):

So I prefer to close this issue in favor of #5764
