Get Started with Security page auto task completion not working

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version

Version: 8.13.0

None

Initial Setup:

  • None

precondition

  • Create 8.13.0 BC2 Fresh instance

Steps to reproduce

  • Don not Navigate to Get Started with Security IMPORTANT ⚠️
  • Enable Elastic Prebuilt rule
  • Now Navigate to Ger Started with Security Page
  • Observed the auto completion of below step is not achieved

Enable prebuilt rule
Add data with integration

Additional Result

  • N/A

Current Result

  • Get Started page auto task completion not working

Expected Result

  • Get Started page auto task completion should be working

## Summary

Addresses #177782

Autostep for prebuilt rules on getstarted page is not showing up
correctly. It's either hidden on load or gets toggled and eventually
hidden after continuous expand and collapse of the autostep panel.

Precondition for testing:
Enable at least one prebuilt rule to to observe the behavior.

This issue is fixed now, Validated it on 8.14.0 BC3.
