Since our release process currently involves running some manual processes:

  1. Helm Release in Buildkite (curl command)
  2. Operatorhub Release Process in Buildkite (go run ... command in operatorhub tool)
  3. check-release-notes tool.
  4. Others?

It could be beneficial for us to build a single release tool for all of the release operations, and in the case of Operatorhub at least, remove that logic from the operatorhub release tool itself.
