Many links in https://github.com/elastic/apm-server/releases are broken. Some links point to main, some links point to release notes without apm- prefix. The right format looks like this: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/observability/8.14/apm-release-notes-8.14.html#release-notes-8.14.2
