Broken links

I noticed some broken links on the web site.

On the ScmPkg and Download pages:

• the link to https://www.stklos.net/~eg/Publis/dls07.pdf is 404 not found

On the FUSE extension and POSIX extension pages:

• the link to http://stklos.net/extensions is 404 not found
• the link to http://www.inria.fr/mimosa/fp/Skribe is 404 not found

On the gtk-base extension page:

• the link to http://gtk.org/documentation.html is 404 not found
• the link to http://www.stklos.net/Wiki/index.php/GUI/GTkBase is 404 not found

On the gtk-glade extension page:

• the link to http://www.stklos.net/Wiki/GUI/GTkGlade/ is 404 not found

On the screenshots page:

• the link to https://www.gtk.org/GTK+ is 404 not found
• the link to http://kaolin.unice.fr/STk does not load (server does not respond)
• the link to https://www.stklos.net/~eg/Publis/jfp03.pdf is 404 not found
• the link to https://www.stklos.net/~eg/Publis/Isotas96.pdf are 404 not found

In the HTML reference manual:

• the link to http://www.stklos.net/~eg/Publis/JFP05/article.html is 404 not found

We are archiving Scheme-related research papers at the bibliography repo which is a continuation of the old and well-known, but now completely disappeared, ReadScheme website. We should add these papers if they are not there already. We currently don't host PDFs of papers at Scheme.org for copyright reasons, but if the copyright is clear, we can add them. In any case, we can link to PDFs hosted elsewhere on the web.

If Skribe's authors don't have time to maintain it anymore, we could add it to the Conservatory for volunteers to maintain it.
