as feedback from community users, the coredata module of frontend will not work as excepted when PersistData property of core-data service set fase, because the ui directly calls the api of core-data service of EdgeX.
we should change to use subscribing message bus of EdgeX.

move to Kamakura, may also be supported in version jakarta, because jakarta is a LTS version
