[Feature request] Automatic conversion from other front-end links to esteem

I always like the simplistic way of esteem to address the link in relation to the blockchain and not towards a web-front-end.

Although I must admit that the switching between many (now) fron-ends would be kind of nice. Copy this post from whatever and paste it on esteem to work my way out, would be simply amazing.

Probably can be only supported between known front-ends, but if steemit is supported I would be already 99% happy!

I just realized this one might be quite hard to implement... and not very "high" in demand.
