Exception - Class 'mod_quiz\local\access_rule_base' not found

Post installation of proctoring plugin using github clone, whenI try to access quiz or try to open General settings of quiz under Plugins, I get following exception:

Exception - Class 'mod_quiz\local\access_rule_base' not found

Has somebody faced this issue? Your quick help is appreciated. Thanks,

Thanks for using proctoring plugin. Could you please share which branch are you using? And what moodle version are you using? If using moodle 402, then switch to branch MOODLE_402_v1.4.2. if using moodle 401, then switch to branch MOODLE_401_v1.4.1.
