@nkolev92 we are hitting restore failures recently and aren't sure if those are network hiccups. Can you please a look?

That looks like an inconsistency in the feeds. In particular, the resource that NuGet reads the versions from seems to be available, but the download for the version listed in the package wasn't.

We really haven't seen much of this in the past, but it's not unheard of.
