Runtime repo has a different set of code quality analyzers applied to code. Recently coreclr/tools folder enabled these analyzers (#74825). These analyzers fixed several of the issues in common code between linker/nativeAOT. This issue tracks the enabling of the runtime code quality analyzers in linker repo.
