Ad Speedup

Recently come across this and its great for skipping sponsor stuff, but doesn't look like it catch most ads? if its not possible to get around them could a function to speed them up be possible? was something I recall seeing when adblockers were getting stopped in browsers.

Addon for Firefox and Chrome just called Ad Speedup that can play the ads at 16x speed, since this can mute them thought maybe it could speed them up.

I've tried to send events to increase playback speed when playing an app in the past, but YouTube just ignores them. If you find a way to do it, please do comment on this issue or open a PR.
PS: events sent to the "tv" are filtered by YouTube servers and they validate most ad skipping tricks
