Hi,

There seems to be some option in re_eval.py to run chemprot dataset?
How to preprocess the chemprot dataset to be used in biobert?
Does it support multi label relation classification?

Same issue. Please, could you share the structure of the tokens masking the entities on chemprot, and the example command to train on chemprot.
