Rerun or Run Last Plugin Action

It would be nice if there was an Action for running or re-running plugin defined, so that it could be bound to keyboard shortcut. It is not very comfortable to always press the icon with mouse.

There is "run plugin" action which (re-)runs the plugin based on the file currently open in the editor.
It has shortcuts assigned to it alt+C, alt+E or ctrl/cmd+shift+L.

It's mentioned in the plugin examples, but no idea if people actually read them (good to know that maybe not 😅):

This action and shortcuts could be made more discoverable though 🤔

Thank you very much, I was searching 'Live Plugin' with spaces, which gave me no results, works fine.
It may be harder to discover as it doesn't have key combo inside tooltip, like basic Intellij controls.
