Fix Reforestamos deployment environments

Currently there is only one API instance online for Reforestamos project, tracking project-ts branch. Both production and staging websites are pointing to it, which is not ideal because API changes during the development workflow are going to break Reforestamos production website.

I suggest we follow the same approach described at developmentseed/pearl-frontend#71:

• landcover.io: tracking main branch, which holds v1 branch of the app
• Reforestamos (prod): should track v2 branch
• Reforestamos (staging): should track develop branch
