Implement a command line client that can auto-complete SQL commands, using a dedicated parser, and execute them against a DeveelDB instance.

The client will support a set of extended commands (such as CONNECT, DISCONNECT, PRINT, etc.), by re-implementing the default PL/SQL parser.
