Description
This PR flips the flag for enabling write DVs for UPDATE commands.
Actually, this PR should have been created much earlier because all required works (code, test, benchmarking) are done.
How was this patch tested?
Existing tests.
Does this PR introduce any user-facing changes?
Yes, after this PR all UPDATE commands will write DVs when possible.
