OSM and PA cross validation

Start from OSM data and check the validation with the PA data.
Pay attention: the PA data is always different by each adminsitration!!!

For the use case(s) try to create a system to the map the attributes from PA to OSM

Example:
Trento has the data about the streets with information about speed and other ...
Open the dataset and check if you can enrich the same data in OSM or enrich the data of Trento with OSM

I've started to do some EDA of PA data and OSM to build a cross-validation method but I have a few doubts that I wanna share.
