  • check if there is a european law
  • try to contact an association like FIAB - https://fiabitalia.it/
  • try to have a meeting with the contact point of FIAB for FVG
  • try to have a meeting with the contact point of FIAB for Trento (Jacopo Nespolo)
  • check the policy made by the cities about the 30Km/h
  • read some documentation about PUMS - Piano Urbanistico Mobilità Sostenibile. Es https://www.osservatoriopums.it/

Legge europea ancora da leggere, PUMS-Biciplan a parte. Per le altre questioni ho contattato (ad oggi senza risposta le sedi locali FIAB di UD, PN, TN)
