my arduino isp is taking too long for writing code to LGT8f328P IC

Hello, I'm using Uno board to programing lgt8F328P, since the previous has down, therefore I take another and this make the writing process supper long (2s vs 18s). I dont know why, do you know what has happen to my ISP
I'm using win10, arduino IDE 2.32, LGT 2.07 board
