confusing UX for dapple migrate

this also crashed and kept the chain DB in a locked state

can you show me the dappfile and dapplerc you executed this on?
also, where exactly did it crashed? right at this step, or after setting everything up?

Just discovered that there is a bug inside the prompting library we use, which can't handle termination properly (ctrl + c). Will look for something different here.
