Add osmo fancoils #216

I have 4 Osmo fancoils from innova.
Tried the hacs addon but it refuses connection to the ip adresses. So i guess the api is different or something.

I can control the fancoils using the Innova android app via the cloud.
I would like to have the units in HA for some automations.

Can I check some things myself?
