ATM disabled since was causing troubles: https://github.com/dandi/dandi-cli/blob/master/dandi/girder.py#L61 yet to provide more information, and not assigning to anyone, so available for grabbers -- just enable that code, and try to upload to any girder instance using dandi upload

oh! I totally forgot about this old (and lacking details and persistent pointers!!! what troubles? where disabled? damn you @yarikoptic), related very much to #139 and less likely to #189 . ... IIRC it was some basic decorator which would allow to retry function multiple times upon failure/exception. I will assume that it was as basic as this, and will close this issue
