I upgraded the tensorflow dependencies, so the supported range of python version is now ">=3.8,<3.12". However, this doesn't solve the error when initializing a fresh poetry project and adding maxi-lib. See issue for details.

I would merge this for now and come back to the issue, if any answers appear on StackOverflow. What do you think @tuananhroman ?
