Whoops! 🤭 I forget to add a semantic commit message. That is fixed now, however it shouldn't need a new release.

The changes are only to devDependencies which are used only in CI.

The only production module in dependencies is globals and that hasn't changed.

There are no changes to the peerDependencies eslint >= 7

There are no changes to any JavaScript source files affecting how the linter works in production.

(I'm updating the dependencies as preparation for next steps after ESLint 8 moves to end-of-life on Oct 5, 2024.)
