允许内网和公网同时访问如何配置？

在云服务器部署judge测试用，不确定指定IP监听存在bug还是使用姿势不正确，请教一下该如何配置？

正常来说，应该不指定IP是[::]:5050这种监听，让内外网都能调用服务，对吗？

尝试1、指定ES_HTTP_ADDR=公网IP:5050
报错：

尝试2、不指定IP，则localhost和127.0.01:5050正常，通过公网IP和内网IP都访问不通
启动日志：

10.0.4.8是内网IP：
