I can click block settings to open the sidebar if its closed or switch to block settings

Problem

It's a little bit subtile that this is how it works from the figma but it's solving a real problem that it's hard to realise how to open or close the sidebar. esp on mobile.

Not sure yet if it's a toggle that also allows closing the sidebar but that would make sense
