Add the first few Dutch translations #98

At least with this, the two main Italian buttons seen when editing a block should be available in Dutch.
I don't see this have an effect, but I am clueless on internationalisation in Volto or javascript in general, so that is probably me. :-)
[Update: yes, that is me. When I copy this file to a project where I have set the language to Dutch, then the new translations do get picked up.]
