missdev doesn't cleanup jsconfig.json #26

I've had a case where I've added a monorepo (with packages) as a development package. After removing one of the subpackages from the mrs-developer.json declaration, running missdev didn't remove the subpackage declaration from the generated jsconfig.json, which caused strange errors in my webpack (running with Volto).

@plone/volto-team Any thoughts on this? It's irksome. We should fix it
