Deploying a demo instance to Heroku is no longer working #817

I the documentation we state the following:

For impatient types, there is a demo installation of collective.cover on Heroku. It needs about 60 seconds to spin up and it will purge all changes after about an hour of non-usage.

I take it that Heroku demo comes only from this? https://github.com/collective/collective.cover/blob/master/heroku.cfg Does it have to be only on 4.3 or can it now be on 5.1.2?

PyPa changes might also be a factor here:

I was going to suggest taking the one on Plone.org/download and adding cover to it. I don't have much time either. Perhaps remove it from the readme for now?

seems the new PyPI don't allow to edit the README; I'll take a look later.
