17.12.0 - PHP 7.2 and Alpine v3.7 Support now Available

This is a early release of PHP 7.2 stable along side with Alpine 3.7 support.

PHP 7.0 is now Deprecated in favor of always keeping support for the last 2 minor versions of both PHP and Alpine.

Current supported versions:

Alpine 3.7 - Supporting both PHP 7.2 and PHP 7.1
Alpine 3.6 - Supporting both PHP 7.2 and PHP 7.1

Alpine 3.6 will be deprecated when Alpine 3.8 gets released.
Alpine 3.7 will be deprecated when Alpine 3.9 gets released.

New PHP Versions will be supported on the current stable Alpine version when released. But not on old stable.

PHP versions will not be deprecated as long the Alpine version they are offered is not deprecated yet.
