Additional details

server.sql_host and server.sql_port are not accurate/valid settings.
The real settings that configures such behavior in the CRDB DB Console (screenshot attached) are

server.oidc_authentication.generate_cluster_sso_token.sql_host
server.oidc_authentication.generate_cluster_sso_token.sql_port
