NC28 Hanged when start new task #229

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'MediaDC'
Setup as usual
Click on Run new task
Button submitted and hanged at loading state

Expected behavior
Run as normal and wait for results

OS: Windows 10 64-bit
CPU architecture x86; x2 Xeon E5 2696v3
Nextcloud version: 28
Database configuration:

Type: pgsql
Version: PostgreSQL 15.6 on x86_64-pc-linux-musl, compiled by gcc (Alpine 13.2.1_git20231014) 13.2.1 20231014, 64-bit
Size: 600.2 MB

Python version: Not sure how to check since it is Windows Docker, however, WSL2 inform that python version is 3.10.12
MediaDC version: 0.3.0
cloud_py_api version 0.1.9

Additional context
No error logged in admin logging console.

Have the very same issue NC v28.0.4 and the latest mediaDC:

mediadc: 0.3.8
cloud_py_api: 0.1.9
