Settings list is empty #165

In Admin settings I get all the time, settings list empty. Have already looked in Issues of these Repositories. but refreshing UtilsService.php doesn't help. And if in configuration of the app, in the console I also get to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500

  • Nextcloud version 24.0.12
  • Database configuration [mariadb Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.11.3-MariaDB]
  • Python version [Python 3.9.2]
  • MediaDC version [v0.1.10]

Additional context
Does anyone happen to know what I'm doing wrong. Or is there another problem.

I use nginx proxy manager for my server
