  1. Move WindowsVersionHelper to ChefDeprecations & add autocorrect 

    We're moving full steam ahead with the deprecation of the Windows cookbook so these helpers are now a deprecation and not a modernization. I've expanded the example to cover all helpers and added autocorrection for each helper.
