Field not being used in intake analyst report

Summary

A Field is not being used in the main body of the analyst report:

Steps to reproduce

1. fill out form, including the financial losses page (with something entered for "other") and your contact info email address
2. submit
3. you should get back the intake analyst email, which shows that the above field hasn't been used in the body of the report.

Probably best to wait until #1628 merges, as that changes how we do the analyst email a bit.
