我已经解决了，我把yolo.py里面的cuda改为False,但我的电脑是安装cuda10.2的，且有CPU的，不知道具体原因

首先cuda要在电脑的环境变量中的系统变量中添加路径，然后cuda版本要与torch版本匹配，具体教程在CSDN中可以找到
