Credit offer duplicate asset collateral input #3566

Describe the bug
You're able to enter two different collateral values for the same asset

To Reproduce
Start creating a credit offer, enter the same asset as backing collateral twice with two different quantities.

Expected behavior
Only one instance of the same asset can exist, if it does then overwrite the old row value.
